Along Le Duan, Le Loi, Nguyen Hue, Nam Ky Khoi Nghia streets..., people stand tightly on both sides, waving national flags to express their pride every time the April 30th parade passes by.
With Thanh Nien Newspaper, let's look back at the footsteps of the parade blocks, marching among the arms and "walking in the hearts" of the Vietnamese people.
In those moments, the army and the people seemed to share the same heartbeat. From many camera angles, Thanh Nien captured impressive images of the army-civilian relationship during the rehearsal for the state-level parade and march towards the 50th anniversary of the country's reunification (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025).
