Specifically, after a decrease of 2,000 VND, coffee in Gia Lai province is now priced at 112,800 VND/kg. With the same decrease, in Lam Dong province, coffee is priced at 112,000 VND/kg. Meanwhile, in Dak Lak province, coffee is being purchased at 113,200 VND/kg (a decrease of 1,800 VND/kg).

Although prices may adjust in the short term, global coffee consumption is projected to remain stable. However, climate change factors could impact future production, and this will be one of the main factors determining coffee prices.
Regarding pepper, today, after a uniform decrease of 1,000 VND/kg, the price of pepper in Gia Lai province is at 150,000 VND/kg; in Dak Lak and Lam Dong provinces it is at 152,000 VND/kg; and in Ho Chi Minh City and Dong Nai province it is at 151,000 VND/kg.
According to forecasts from the Import-Export Department of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, world pepper prices are expected to continue rising in the second half of 2025. Currently, the market is experiencing a temporary lull due to complex tax policies and somewhat cautious buying sentiment.
