Attending the ceremony were Lu Van Hung, Member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam and Head of the National Assembly Delegation of the province; Ho Thanh Thuy, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province; Bui Tan Bay, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; and Lam Van Bi, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.

The Outer Ring Road Project and the Inner Ring Road Project (Phase 1) have a total investment of over 1,700 billion VND.
Accordingly, the Outer Ring Road Project (Phase 1) has a total length of 9.5 km, including 2 bridges over rivers, a design speed of 50 km/h, a road width of 20 m, and a total investment of 1,440 billion VND.
The Inner Ring Road project (phase 1) has a length of 1.7 km, a design speed of 50 km/h, a road width of 24 m, and a total investment of 294 billion VND.
Ho Thanh Thuy, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, delivered a speech at the ceremony.
Speaking at the ceremony, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, Ho Thanh Thuy, emphasized: The groundbreaking ceremony for these projects has profound political , economic, and social significance; it is a practical activity to celebrate the 14th National Congress of the Party, continuing a series of projects to celebrate important national events. The implementation of the project demonstrates the province's strong determination to implement strategic breakthroughs in infrastructure development, especially transportation infrastructure, in accordance with the spirit of the Provincial Party Congress Resolution.
The Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province acknowledged and commended the efforts, initiative, and sense of responsibility of the departments, agencies, and localities, especially the investor, in preparing the project; at the same time, he expressed his sincere gratitude for the consensus, sharing, and very important contributions of the people in the project area, especially in land clearance, creating conditions for the project to be able to commence construction on schedule.
Member of the Central Committee of the Party, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Luu Van Hung province, presented Certificates of Commendation to collectives and individuals.
To ensure that projects are implemented on schedule, with guaranteed quality, safety, and efficiency, the Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province requested the investor and relevant units to strengthen the management and operation of the projects in a strict and scientific manner; and to promptly resolve any difficulties and obstacles that arise.
Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Lam Van Bi presented Certificates of Commendation to individuals.
The commencement of these key projects not only contributes to the completion of urban transportation infrastructure, but also creates an important foundation for Ca Mau province to achieve its goal of rapid and sustainable development, striving to become a moderately developed locality by 2030, in accordance with the direction of the Provincial Party Congress Resolution and the expectations of the people.
On this occasion, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee awarded Certificates of Commendation to one collective and 33 individuals for their outstanding achievements in implementing the projects.
