This is the content emphasized by the Department of Science and Technology of Ca Mau province in document No. 1838/SKHCN-TTCĐS dated April 22, 2026, regarding the continued implementation of the "Digital Literacy Movement" for the general public. The document was issued to implement the central and provincial plans for the development of science, technology, innovation, and national digital transformation.

According to the Department of Science and Technology of Ca Mau province, the "Digital Literacy Movement" has been actively implemented by agencies, units, and localities in recent times, achieving many practical results. The work of disseminating digital skills and guiding people to access and use digital platforms and services has gradually become more systematic, creating positive changes and widespread impact in the community.

According to the Department of Science and Technology, training, professional development, and learning activities in relevant fields and sectors will be prioritized on this platform to ensure quality, efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and convenience.

The Department of Science and Technology of Ca Mau province also requested that agencies and units proactively disseminate information and guide officials, civil servants, community digital technology teams, citizens, and businesses to participate in learning, training, and professional development on the online platform "Popular Digital Education," thereby contributing to improving digital skills and promoting digital transformation in the community.
