Stir-fried Chinese cabbage with mushrooms
Ingredient
200g Chinese cabbage, 100g oyster mushrooms, 5 shallots, green onions, a little coriander, a little cooking oil, 1 tablespoon vegetarian oyster sauce, 1 teaspoon vegetarian seasoning, 1 teaspoon common spices.
How to do it
Place the pan on the stove and add 1 tablespoon of cooking oil to the pan. When the oil is hot, add the shallots and saute until fragrant. Next, add the oyster mushrooms and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes.
Next, add the Chinese cabbage to the pan and season with: 1 teaspoon of vegetarian seasoning, 1 teaspoon of vegetarian oyster sauce, 1/2 teaspoon of MSG.

Making
Pick each leaf of Chinese cabbage, wash, cut into bite-sized pieces about 3 knuckles long. Peel garlic, wash and chop finely.
After buying the beef, wash it with clean water. To remove the beef's odor, take a crushed ginger root and rub it all over the meat, leave it for about 2 minutes.
The beef is tender and sweet, the cabbage is crispy, and the seasoning is just right.
Marinate the meat with minced garlic, 1/2 tablespoon seasoning powder, 1/2 tablespoon oyster sauce, 1/2 teaspoon MSG and leave for about 30 minutes for the meat to absorb the spices.

200gr fresh shrimp, 400gr Chinese cabbage, a little green onion/cilantro, 2 tablespoons cooking oil, a little common spices (salt/MSG/seasoning powder/pepper/sugar).
How to do it
Rinse the shrimp you bought with water, peel off the shell, then use a knife to cut the shrimp's back to remove the shrimp vein.
Chinese cabbage soup with shrimp has the natural sweetness from fresh shrimp and Chinese cabbage, the soup is refreshing, delicious and easy to make.
Cut the Chinese cabbage into 2 finger-length pieces, soak in diluted salt water for about 5 minutes, then rinse several times with water and drain.
Put the shrimp in a bowl and marinate with 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of sugar, 1 teaspoon of pepper, 1 teaspoon of MSG and 1 teaspoon of seasoning powder, mix well and marinate for about 15 minutes to let the shrimp absorb the spices.
Put the pot on the stove, add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil, heat, add the marinated shrimp and stir-fry until the shrimp is firm and turns pink.
Next, pour in 1.5 liters of water and bring to a boil. When the water boils, lower the heat and quickly add the Chinese cabbage, season with 1 teaspoon of salt, 2 teaspoons of sugar, 1 teaspoon of seasoning powder, then use a spoon to stir until the spices dissolve.
Cook for about 3 minutes, then season to taste, turn off the heat, sprinkle chopped green onions and it's done.
