
On the morning of November 22nd, before starting the online training course to update knowledge and skills on Party building work, Hai Ba Trung ward organized a fundraising campaign to support people in Central and Central Highlands regions in overcoming the consequences of the 2025 floods.
Speaking at the launching ceremony, Comrade Nguyen Hien Phuong, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hai Ba Trung Ward, affirmed the spirit of sharing of the Party Committee, government, and people of Hai Ba Trung Ward with the people of provinces, cities, and localities affected by the floods and storms of 2025. He requested all cadres, civil servants, employees, and workers to donate at least one day's salary; citizens to donate at least one day's income; and agencies, organizations, businesses, and individuals to donate according to their means and capabilities. Every act of kindness and every contribution, whether small or large, is invaluable at this time.
On the first day of the campaign to support people affected by the 2025 floods, officials and employees of the Party, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hai Ba Trung ward donated over 50 million VND.
Immediately after the launching ceremony, the People's Committee and the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the ward will send a document to all agencies, organizations, units, and residential groups to mobilize officials and all strata of people to respond and support the people in Central and Central Highlands regions.

On the same day, at the Vinh Tuy ward's meeting point, the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Vinh Tuy ward responded to the call of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, joining hands to support people in provinces severely affected by storms and floods.
In a solemn yet warm and heartfelt atmosphere, the leaders and all officials and employees of Vinh Tuy ward directly participated in the fundraising with a sense of responsibility and a deep spirit of sharing.

Upholding the nation's tradition of solidarity and compassion, Vinh Tuy ward believes that this fundraising campaign will continue to receive strong support from organizations, businesses, and people in the area; joining hands to spread the spirit of "helping those in need" and "mutual support" to the community. At the launching ceremony, officials and civil servants of the ward donated a total of nearly 20 million VND.
The total amount of money raised by the two wards on the first day reached over 70 million VND.
