On the morning of November 22, before entering the online training program to update knowledge and skills on Party building work, Hai Ba Trung ward organized a campaign to support people in the Central and Central Highlands regions to overcome the consequences of floods in 2025.

Speaking at the launching ceremony, comrade Nguyen Hien Phuong, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the ward, affirmed the spirit of sharing of the Party Committee, government and people of Hai Ba Trung ward with the people of provinces, cities and localities affected by the impact of storms and floods in 2025. He requested all cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers to support at least 1 day's salary; people to support at least 1 day's income; agencies, organizations, businesses and individuals to support according to their conditions and capabilities. Every heart, every contribution, no matter how small or large, is extremely valuable at this time.

As a result of the first day of supporting people to overcome the consequences of floods in 2025, officials and civil servants of the Party, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hai Ba Trung ward donated more than 50 million VND.

Immediately after the launching ceremony, the People's Committee - Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the ward will send a document to all agencies, organizations, units, and residential groups to mobilize cadres and people of all walks of life to respond, support, and share with the people of the Central and Central Highlands regions.

On the same day, at the Vinh Tuy ward bridge, the Party Committee - People's Council - People's Committee - Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Vinh Tuy ward responded to the call of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, joining hands to support people in the provinces that suffered heavy damage due to storms and floods.

In a solemn, warm and affectionate atmosphere, the leaders and all cadres, civil servants and public employees of Vinh Tuy ward directly participated in the donation with a sense of responsibility and deep sympathy.

Promoting the tradition of solidarity and humanity of the nation, Vinh Tuy ward believes that this campaign will continue to receive strong response from organizations, businesses and people in the area; together spreading the spirit of "helping each other", "mutual love" to the community. At the launching ceremony, the ward's officials and civil servants donated a total of nearly 20 million VND.

The total amount of money the two wards raised on the first day reached more than 70 million VND.
