The Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission recently issued Announcement No. 05 regarding the review and disciplinary action against a party organization and several party members belonging to the Giap Trung Commune Party Committee who committed violations.
Specifically, based on the content, nature, and severity of the violations, the Standing Committee of the Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee decided to issue a warning to the Standing Committee of the Giap Trung Commune Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term and dismiss Mr. Bon Van Quoc from his position as Secretary of the Commune Party Committee and Chairman of the Giap Trung Commune People's Council.

According to a statement from the Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission, the Standing Committee of the Giap Trung Commune Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term has been lax and irresponsible in leadership, direction, and organization of tasks, violating the principle of democratic centralism, working regulations, and regulations on elections, personnel work, and inspection work; some comrades have been irresponsible in directing the implementation of tasks, violating the principle of democratic centralism, working regulations, and regulations on elections, personnel work, and inspection work, leading to violations in the direction and management of task implementation.
These violations were determined to have serious consequences.
The Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee also decided to issue a warning to Mr. Vu Van Huong - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Giap Trung commune and Ms. Nen Thi Nguyen - Deputy Head of the Party Building Committee of the commune; and to issue a reprimand to Mr. Duong Khanh Phuc - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of the commune and Ms. Truong Thi Xuan - Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the commune.
