Soak the onions in rice water overnight. Mix 20g of salt with 1.5 liters of water. Cut the onion roots, peel, and soak in salt water to remove the pungent smell and make the onions crispier and whiter. Then, pour the onions into a basket to drain.

Step 2: Make onion brine

Mix the fish sauce to pickle the onions as follows: 1 bowl of fish sauce, 4 tablespoons of sugar, 1 bowl of vinegar and 1.5 bowls of water and stir until the sugar dissolves. After the sugar dissolves, put the mixture in a small pot and boil, then let it cool.

Step 3 : Clean the container
