Consulting on environmental impact assessment report of Ma Da Bridge Construction Investment Project

The Department of Agriculture and Environment has just publicly consulted the environmental impact assessment report of the Ma Da Bridge Construction Investment Project of the Dong Nai Province Construction Investment Project Management Board.

This is an extremely urgent project to serve the travel and trade needs of people after the province's merger. After Ma Da bridge is built, the traffic system connecting Provincial Road 753 and the Road Project connecting Dong Nai Nature and Culture Reserve to the intersection with Ring Road 4 - Ho Chi Minh City will be completed, forming an inter-regional connection axis, promoting the socio -economic development of Dong Nai province and the region.

According to the consultation report, this is a new construction investment project, under the authority of the National Assembly to decide on investment policies, belonging to the list of group II investment projects. In terms of scale, the project has a 4-lane bridge cross-section, a total length of about 583m, the starting point connects with provincial road 753 in Tan Loi commune, the end point is on the trail in Tri An commune.

The project's environmental sensitivity is that it has more than 0.6 hectares of planted forest land in the Dong Nai Nature and Culture Reserve. Therefore, in the consultation report, the consulting unit has fully analyzed the factors affecting the environment in the construction phase, the operation phase and proposed measures to reduce the impact on the environment.
