The plan aims to specify tasks and solutions to achieve the goal of "Completing the implementation of tasks serving digital transformation, ensuring the connection of Project 06 with the task of developing the night-time economy" according to Resolution No. 71/NQ-CP dated April 1, 2025 of the Government amending, supplementing and updating the Government's Action Program to implement Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW dated December 22, 2024 of the Politburo and Action Plan No. 469-KH/TU dated May 16, 2025 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee. At the same time, exploiting the potential for night-time economic development to maximize resources, improve people's income and life, contributing to the socio-economic development of the province.
Along with that, strengthen the leadership and direction of authorities at all levels, promote the role of leaders in implementing tasks serving digital transformation, ensuring the connection of Project 06 with the task of developing the night-time economy .
The plan clearly states two specific targets. In particular, research and assessment of the night-time economic situation, planning and orientation for night-time economic development with focus and key points, in accordance with the identity and culture of Dong Nai province, in order to exploit effectively, create revenue for the province's budget; at the same time, serve as a basis for implementing digital transformation applications connecting Project 06.
In addition, complete the implementation of tasks serving digital transformation, ensuring the connection of Project 06 with the task of developing the night-time economy according to Resolution No. 71/NQ-CP.

The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism to preside over and coordinate with relevant departments, branches, sectors, and People's Committees of communes and wards to study and evaluate the types of night-time economy that are being implemented and developed in Vietnam. Specifically, in terms of culture and art, exploit cultural and artistic activities (art performances, music, exhibitions, etc.), annual traditional cultural events and festivals, and a series of events and extraordinary cultural festivals that operate at night. In terms of shopping, create vibrant shopping activities, including night markets, supermarkets, shopping malls, night-time shopping streets (routes), convenience stores, general stores, etc., increase opening hours from 10 p.m. to 12 a.m. or later, especially on weekends (Saturdays, Sundays) and major holidays. Regarding cuisine and night food services: develop a system of eateries, restaurants, night markets to serve tourists...
Based on research results, based on the actual situation in the locality to plan and select types of night-time economy suitable for Dong Nai province, according to each specific area.
In addition, the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Provincial Police to coordinate with relevant departments, branches, sectors and units to promote online public services to meet the needs of businesses and people operating in the night-time economic sector; apply digital transformation to connect Project 06, improve the effectiveness of ensuring security and order to serve the development of the night-time economy...
