
According to records, a new landslide has just appeared in the downstream area of Don Duong bridge, Da Nhim river bank. The landslide is 200m long, 6m deep, causing a house to partially collapse.
There are sections of the riverbank only a few meters from houses, and there is a risk of further landslides.

Mr. Dinh Viet Dung, Chairman of the People's Committee of D'ran commune, said that immediately after receiving the news, the authorities mobilized forces to support 6 households to evacuate to a safe place; at the same time, set up fences and warning signs to prevent people from approaching the dangerous area.

Directly inspecting the scene, Permanent Vice Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee Le Trong Yen requested D'ran commune to closely monitor the landslide developments and proactively take measures to ensure safety for people.
The Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee directed functional forces to deploy emergency response measures; at the same time, requested the Department of Agriculture and Environment to quickly assess the level of impact and build emergency works to prevent riverbank erosion, ensuring long-term safety for residential areas.
Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Trong Yen also emphasized that people must absolutely not return to dangerous areas when their safety is not guaranteed, and all measures must put people's lives and property first.
