Son Hai Group was selected as the investor to build the Tan Phu - Bao Loc expressway.

On the afternoon of November 2, the Management Board of Construction Investment Project No. 1 of Lam Dong province announced that it had officially approved Son Hai Group Company Limited as the investor to implement the Tan Phu (Dong Nai province) - Bao Loc (Lam Dong province) expressway construction project.

The resettlement area of ​​Da Huoai commune serving the Tan Phu - Bao Loc expressway project is being urgently built, with a total investment of 125.9 billion VND.

This is a key transport infrastructure project with a total investment of up to 14,475 billion VND, implemented in the form of public-private partnership (PPP) - BOT contract (Build - Operate - Transfer).

This decision marks an important step forward for the project, promising to strengthen connectivity and promote economic development between Dong Nai and Lam Dong provinces.

Tan Phu - Bao Loc expressway passes through Ward 1 Bao Loc, Ward 2 Bao Loc and communes: Da Huoai, Da Huoai 2, Da Teh 2 in Lam Dong province, along with communes: Phu Lam, Nam Cat Tien in Dong Nai province.

The total length of the expressway is about 65.88km; of which 11.91km is located in Dong Nai and 53.97km is in Lam Dong province. The project belongs to group A, a level I road traffic project, with a design speed of 80km/h.

The investment phase will be 4 lanes, 17m wide roadbed, with intermittent emergency stops. Some sections of the roadbed will be dug deep, raised and the interchanges will be designed according to the scale of the 22m complete phase.

The project will include works serving the exploitation and operation of the expressway such as: Intelligent traffic system control center, Toll station, Rescue station, Rest stop and vehicle load control works, ensuring synchronization and efficiency according to current expressway standards.

The total investment as proposed by the investor is 14,475 billion VND. The project will be financed by equity, investor loans and state support capital. The construction phase of the project and infrastructure system is expected to last 25 months, completed on December 31, 2027.

After completing construction, Son Hai Group will operate and exploit the expressway for 23 years and 9 months. Toll collection will be implemented when all conditions according to legal regulations are met.

Lam Dong province is urgently clearing the land to start construction of this project.
