Accordingly, from December 1 to December 5, 2025, the People's Committees of wards and communes including Long Binh, Tam Hiep, Long Hung, Phuoc Tan, and Binh Minh will carry out propaganda so that people and businesses along the two roads know and voluntarily dismantle constructions that violate traffic safety corridors; mobilize households, organizations, and individuals along both sides of the road to sign a commitment not to encroach or re-encroach on the road corridor.

From December 6 to December 16, 2025, wards, communes, Road Management Area IV and Dong Thuan Investment Joint Stock Company will coordinate to inspect the actual status, fully count violations, and at the same time make records and request organizations and individuals to voluntarily dismantle encroaching works.

In cases of non-cooperation or intentional violations, the authorities will enforce and handle them thoroughly, ensuring that the work of rectifying road safety corridors takes place synchronously, promptly and effectively.

After the period of handling violations and restoring order to the road traffic safety corridor, the units, according to their assigned functions and tasks, continue to arrange forces to conduct daily inspections to promptly detect and handle cases of re-encroachment. At the same time, regularly monitor the implementation of commitments of relevant organizations and individuals, maintaining order in the road traffic safety corridor continuously, stably and long-term.
