Road closures will be in place for the opening ceremony of the Sam Son Tourism Festival 2026.

Based on Plan No. 108/KH-UBND dated April 15, 2026, of the Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee regarding the organization of the opening ceremony of the Sam Son Tourism Festival 2026, the Thanh Hoa Provincial Police Department has developed a plan to deploy forces to ensure traffic safety and order, escort delegations, and arrange vehicles for delegates attending the opening ceremony of the Festival.

Residents are advised to minimize the use of private vehicles to travel to Sam Son ward during the festival's opening ceremony.

According to the plan, people are not allowed to drive vehicles into the area where the Sam Son Tourism Festival 2026 is being held, and the use of private vehicles to Sam Son ward should be minimized during the festival's opening ceremony.

From 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM on April 25, 2026, trucks are prohibited from entering Sam Son ward.

From 8:30 PM to midnight on April 25, 2026, all vehicles are prohibited from traveling from the former Thanh Hoa city to Sam Son ward on National Highway 47 and Nam Song Ma Boulevard.
