BBK - On the afternoon of April 10, National Assembly delegate of Bac Kan province - Mr. Hoang Van Huu, former Deputy Commander of Military Region 1, had a meeting with voters of Van Minh, Cu Le, Son Thanh communes, Na Ri district before the 9th session of the 15th National Assembly.

Also attending the meeting was comrade Hoang Thu Trang, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.

National Assembly deputies informed voters about the expected agenda of the 9th Session of the 15th National Assembly; the results of handling and responding to voters' opinions and recommendations from before the 8th Session of the 15th National Assembly to present.

The representative of Van Minh commune voters requested the superiors to pay attention to investing in building new and repairing some degraded traffic bridges to facilitate people's travel and trade; and to upgrade the road to the commune headquarters. Voters also reflected that there is a forestry road that has been under construction for about 3-4 years but has not yet been accepted and put into use by the people. They requested the State to increase the level of financial support for forest protection contracts so that people can feel secure in protecting the forest.

Regarding the group of regimes and policies, voters of Van Minh commune requested that authorities continue to pay attention to the work of searching for and collecting martyrs' remains.

Voters of Son Thanh commune agree with the Party and State's policy of merging commune-level and provincial-level administrative units, however, there are some concerns and recommendations on this content. Specifically, voters suggest that when merging commune-level administrative units, it is necessary to support funding for people to change their documents; choose to locate the new commune headquarters in a central location for the convenience of people to travel; have a plan to arrange non-professional commune-level officials to participate in activities in villages and residential groups if they meet the requirements and tasks...

Most of the opinions and recommendations of voters were received and responded to by National Assembly deputies, leaders of the Provincial People's Committee, provincial professional departments, and local leaders at the meeting. Some opinions beyond the authority were compiled and sent to the relevant levels and departments for consideration and resolution./.
