Can Tho: Groundbreaking ceremony of Aeon Mall project worth 5,400 billion VND

Aeon Mall Can Tho project in Long Hoa ward, Binh Thuy district, Can Tho city is invested by Hoa Lam Can Tho Investment and Development Joint Stock Company (under Hoa Lam Group). When completed, this will be the largest commercial center in the Mekong Delta (MD), with a scale 9 times larger than the current largest commercial center in the region.

The project has a total floor area of ​​195,073m2 (excluding two basements) and is being implemented in two phases. Phase 1 includes the first shopping mall with a floor area of ​​113,921m2, expected to be completed within 36 months from the date of investment license issuance. Phase 2 includes the second shopping mall and parking building with a floor area of ​​81,152m2.

According to the leader of Aeon Mall Can Tho, not only a shopping center, Aeon Mall Can Tho is also expected to become a bridge between Vietnamese agricultural products, especially typical products of the Western region, with domestic and international consumers. The project will create jobs for thousands of local workers. This is also the second project in the strategic cooperation chain between Hoa Lam Group and Aeon Mall Vietnam, following the success of Aeon Mall Binh Tan - a modern commercial symbol in the West of Ho Chi Minh City.
