Warning of thunderstorms and heavy rain in the province.

According to the 2:10 PM news bulletin on May 7th from the Khanh Hoa Provincial Meteorological and Hydrological Station, monitoring of weather radar and satellite imagery shows a strong convective cloud system developing over the districts of Khanh Vinh, Khanh Son, Dien Khanh, Van Ninh, Ninh Hoa town, the western part of Cam Lam district and Nha Trang city, and is tending to expand towards the southeast.

Heavy rain fell in Xuan Dong commune, Dien Khanh district at noon on May 7th.

On the afternoon of May 7th, convective clouds continued to develop, bringing showers and thunderstorms to the aforementioned areas, potentially spreading to Cam Ranh City. During the thunderstorm, be wary of lightning, squalls, tornadoes, hail, and strong gusts of wind.

The relevant authorities urge all agencies, departments, and the public in the province to take precautions and ensure safety.
