Flood situation update in Tuyen Quang province on October 2
At 3am on October 2, the water level on the Lo River in Ha Giang was 10,440 cm (140 cm above level 3); in Tuyen Quang it was 2,630 cm (30 cm above level 3)... The water level on the Gam River in Bac Me continued to fall, and at Na Hang it changed slowly. On the Lo River, the water continued to rise slowly, reaching its peak and then falling slowly.
