A bridge to expand modern distribution systems.

Recently, at a supply-demand matching conference between businesses in Dak Lak province and Central Retail Vietnam, organized by the Department of Industry and Trade, distributors and businesses in the province exchanged information, introduced cooperation processes, conditions for supplying and distributing goods, and expressed their desire for long-term cooperation to contribute to promoting trade efficiency.

Representatives from various businesses introduced their products to partners within the framework of the supply-demand matching conference.

Dak Lak Newspaper and Radio & Television recorded some opinions from relevant agencies, distributors, and manufacturing and supply businesses through this conference.

Mr. Nguyen Hai Trieu , Deputy Director of the Department of Industry and Trade:

Dak Lak province has many potentials and strengths for development, such as agriculture , processing industries for agricultural, forestry, and aquatic products, and tourism. Many agricultural products, food items, and consumer goods from the province have been highly appreciated by distributors for their quality, origin, and market potential.

Over the years, the Department of Industry and Trade has proactively implemented numerous trade promotion activities, connecting supply and demand, helping businesses expand their distribution systems, and gradually bringing Dak Lak's distinctive products into supermarkets and shopping centers both domestically and internationally. We have observed that by participating in supply-demand connections, businesses and cooperatives in the province and the region can directly connect with modern distribution systems, contributing to improved competitiveness, product quality, and regional brand value. Furthermore, active participation in trade promotion and networking programs demonstrates the sense of responsibility and collaborative effort of all levels, sectors, and businesses in the province in enhancing competitiveness and expanding markets for local products; thereby overcoming difficulties and fostering sustainable trade cooperation.

Mr. Hoang Khac Cung, Production Director of Thanh Dong Green Food Joint Stock Company:

The company supplies large quantities of reishi mushrooms, cloud mushrooms, oyster mushrooms, abalone, various processed mushroom products, and seasonal fruits to pharmaceutical extraction plants nationwide, while also distributing retail products. We actively participate in business networking with the hope that our products can enter modern retail distribution systems and reach consumers across the country more easily.

On the other hand, by connecting with and understanding market needs, partners, and consumers, businesses can focus on investing and innovating to improve product quality and value, thereby creating competitiveness.

Ms. Tran Thi Phuong Lan , Director of External Relations for Central Vietnam at Central Retail:

As a foreign-invested retailer, Central Retail has been voted and honored as the champion of the Top 10 most favorite retailers in Vietnam for the past five years. Currently, the group has a distribution system in 26 out of 34 provinces and cities nationwide with more than 300 retail outlets. Maintaining its commitment to supporting Vietnamese products, over 90% of the goods in the group's supermarkets are Vietnamese products.

Central Retail wants to connect with Dak Lak to harmonize, develop, and promote all the province's strengths and potential products; thereby diversifying products on store shelves and potentially promoting Dak Lak products to the entire region, the whole country, and even the world .

In today's competitive market, every product faces intense competition, and manufacturers and suppliers strive to build compelling product narratives to secure long-term partnerships. Central Retail hopes that businesses will maintain long-term relationships, providing high-quality products, ensuring consistent production volumes, and adhering to all food safety and hygiene standards, as well as regulations from relevant authorities regarding packaging and labeling.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Hoai Trinh , Deputy Director of G20 Coffee Co., Ltd.

G20 Coffee Co., Ltd. has distributed roasted and ground coffee, instant coffee, cocoa, and other products to airports; and participated in promoting its products to countries such as the United States, Russia, and South Korea. During the production process, the company has connected with and collaborated with farmers to develop raw material areas, providing support from cultivation to processing; perfecting the processing and packaging of products according to the standards of distributors; and simultaneously creating several products with unique characteristics for the company.

We believe that, in addition to the capabilities and proactiveness of businesses, the support and promotion efforts of relevant agencies will create conditions and more opportunities for businesses to connect more broadly with markets, partners, distributors, and consumers.
