"Last year at this time, companies and businesses had already bought flowers and ornamental plants to decorate for Tet. This year, purchasing power has decreased; we've only had a few customers buying chrysanthemums all day. The nurseries have proactively reduced the prices of some types of flowers, but it's still not enough , " Ms. Hien said.
