In the 14th minute, from Diego Rico's long pass, Greenwood broke the offside trap, passed goalkeeper Alvaro Valles and then shot with his right foot into the empty goal, doubling the gap for Getafe. In this match, Getafe led 3-1 at halftime, but allowed Las Palmas to equalize two goals in the second half.

Some Man Utd fans recalled that Alejandro Garnacho and Bruno Fernandes could not score from similar opportunities to Greenwood in the win over Luton Town in round 25 of the Premier League on February 18. Both Garnacho and Fernandes tried to dribble past the goalkeeper, but failed.

In the summer of 2023, Greenwood arrived at Getafe on a one-year loan contract. At the Spanish club, Greenwood regained his form with five assists and eight goals in 24 matches in all competitions, including six goals in La Liga and two in the King's Cup.
After completing ownership of 27,7% of Man Utd shares, billionaire Jim Ratcliffe said the team will review the incident and make a new decision about Greenwood's future. But according to British media, the 22-year-old striker does not want to return to Old Trafford. Getafe is ready to keep the English striker, either by buying him outright or continuing to borrow him for the 2024-2025 season.

Meanwhile, Antony has been disappointing since joining Man Utd in the summer of 2022 with a transfer fee of 109 million USD, the second highest in the club's history after Paul Pogba. After nearly two seasons, the Brazilian has only nine goals and four assists in 71 matches in all competitions. This season, he has not scored or assisted in the Premier League, and has only one goal in all competitions - a goal against fourth-tier club Newport County in the fourth round of the FA Cup.
According to Spanish newspaper Fichajes, Man Utd is ready to sell Antony for a transfer fee of 55 million USD. Antony belongs to the group of players who could be sold in the summer of 2024, alongside Raphael Varane, Anthony Martial, Tom Heaton, Casemiro, Jadon Sancho, Donny van de Beek, Hannibal Mejbri and Alvaro Fernandez.
