(NLĐO) – A major fire broke out in a house that also sold electronics and home appliances.
On the afternoon of February 6th, the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department of Dak Lak province announced that they had brought under control a fire at a house used for both living and business purposes on the Western bypass road (section passing through Thanh Nhat ward, Buon Ma Thuot city, Dak Lak province).
The column of smoke rose hundreds of meters high.
According to initial information, at approximately 3:15 PM on the same day, a fire broke out at the household of Mr. TMH, which also conducted a business.
Firefighters promptly brought the fire under control, preventing it from spreading.
Upon receiving the report, the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department of Dak Lak province mobilized 5 fire trucks and 30 officers and soldiers to the scene.
The assets in the warehouse were burned to ashes.
After 20 minutes of firefighting efforts, with the support of the Buon Ma Thuot City Police, Dak Lak Urban and Environmental Joint Stock Company, the local authorities and residents, the fire was brought under control.
Notably, the authorities prevented the fire from spreading to surrounding areas, especially the Thu Duc transport company's warehouse, thus protecting many valuable assets.
Initial reports indicate the fire covered an area of approximately 200 square meters, with no casualties.
The cause of the fire is currently under investigation by the authorities.
