According to the Vinh Bao Regional Project Management Board, by August 23, the unit coordinated with the People's Committees of communes with model new rural construction projects implemented in the 2024 - 2025 period to pay support funds for site clearance and construction works to 1,538 households with a total amount of more than 45.8 billion VND. Of which, Vinh Hai commune received 15.3 billion VND, Vinh Hoa commune received 11 billion VND, Vinh Thinh commune received 6 billion VND, Vinh Thuan commune received more than 5.7 billion VND, and Vinh Am commune received nearly 3.8 billion VND.
Particularly, Vinh Bao commune (over 3.2 billion VND) and Nguyen Binh Khiem commune (over 612 million VND) due to the small number of households requiring site clearance, have completed paying 100% of the funds to households and handed over clean sites to the construction unit.
There are still 375 households in Vinh Hai, Vinh Thuan, Vinh Am, Vinh Hoa, Vinh Thinh communes that have not yet cleared their land, but there is a plan with a total cost of more than 10.2 billion VND. Agencies and units continue to publicize the plan and organize the payment of funds, striving to complete it in September 2025.
