Tran Yen commune is known as a cinnamon-growing area in Lao Cai province. Facing increasingly stringent market demands, especially from new export markets, local people need to update and apply modern processing techniques.

Not only providing machinery and equipment for the production and processing of cinnamon products, Labor Hero and engineer Vu Huu Le - Director of Hong Ha Mechanical and Construction Company Limited (Nam Cuong ward) and his colleagues also directly organize many training sessions and technology transfer programs right in the villages of Tran Yen commune. These programs attract the attention and participation of a large number of farmers.

During the training sessions, people received direct and specific guidance on technical procedures such as operating the cinnamon leaf chopping, peeling, and drying lines, aiming to improve processing efficiency and ensure product quality meets export standards.

Mr. Chu Duc Hien from Dao Thinh 4 village, Tran Yen commune, said: “Recently, the export market for cinnamon products has demanded very strict standards. The fact that Hong Ha Mechanical and Construction Company Limited not only provides machinery but also directly transfers scientific and technical knowledge has brought clear results, helping cinnamon growers produce high-quality products that meet export requirements.”

Throughout the research, invention, and development of machinery lines serving farmers, Hong Ha Mechanical and Construction Company Limited always prioritizes ease of operation and occupational safety. With a consistent "hands-on" approach, the company helps farmers quickly master the equipment and production processes.
