According to the cooperation agreement, customers can easily open Techcombank accounts at supermarkets and stores within the WinCommerce WinMart/WinMart+/WiN system. Simultaneously, various financial services such as deposit, withdrawal, and payment options will be implemented across the nationwide network. This is one of Techcombank's strategic priorities for 2025, aiming to optimize user experience and enhance payment convenience.
WinCommerce currently owns the largest modern retail system in Vietnam with nearly 4,000 supermarkets and stores spanning from urban to rural areas. As a member of Masan Group, WinCommerce constantly innovates to enhance the value of its customer service.
The extensive collaboration between Techcombank and WinCommerce not only optimizes financial transactions but also contributes to realizing WinCommerce's "Point of Life" strategy. Over the past two years, Techcombank and Masan Group have built a strategic partnership, providing convenient experiences for customers in the financial and retail sectors. Customers can not only access essential products but also enjoy convenient financial services right at WinMart/WinMart+/WiN stores.
From January 2025, Techcombank and WinCommerce have implemented a payment agent model at key retail locations in three provinces: Bac Ninh, Bac Giang , and Can Tho. In the initial phase, 45 WinCommerce stores and supermarkets have converted into Techcombank payment agents, making it easier for customers to access financial services.
In the context of increasingly important financial inclusion, expanding the agency banking model at retail outlets not only helps people, especially in remote areas, access finance more conveniently but also contributes to promoting digital transformation in the banking industry. This is also an important driving force for the sustainable development of the Vietnamese economy and deeper integration into the international community.
Immediately after the Lunar New Year holiday of 2025, Techcombank and WinCommerce quickly implemented a series of activities to realize their cooperation strategy. From optimizing service systems and upgrading sales processes to improving technology, everything aims to ensure that the WinCommerce retail chain soon becomes an official payment agent of Techcombank.
