To support people in proactively, conveniently, and transparently accessing primary healthcare services, an interactive livestream program titled "Dai Mo Digital Handbook - Accompanying People's Health" was organized to promote the application of digital technology in community healthcare. This is a practical step in the modernization of primary healthcare, aiming for continuous health management and care throughout the life cycle, while also improving the effectiveness of preventive healthcare.

The highlight of the ceremony was the official launch of the "Dai Mo Digital Handbook" - a groundbreaking digital transformation product designed to improve healthcare services for local residents. The application integrates various contents such as: information on local healthcare facilities, appointment schedules, hotline directories, and instructions for online procedures. With just a simple QR code scan on a smartphone, residents can easily and quickly access healthcare information conveniently and efficiently.

One issue that has attracted community attention is the plan for free routine health check-ups and screenings for residents in the area, scheduled to begin on July 1, 2026.
In addition, the program also guides people on how to look up their medical history through the electronic health record on the VNeID application.

During the discussion session, the leaders of the ward's health station and experts directly received and answered a series of questions from residents submitted through the comments section.
The application of social media platforms to launch the "Dai Mo Digital Handbook" not only provides a useful channel for health information but also affirms the local government's determination to build a digital society, modernize the grassroots healthcare network, and put the people at the center of service.
