Join hands to preserve the beauty of wild sunflower season - Chu Dang Ya volcano

(GLO)- At the end of October every year, the yellow color of wild sunflowers is brilliant on the slopes of Chu Dang Ya mountain (Bien Ho commune, Gia Lai province), becoming an attractive destination for tourists and locals. However, the situation of picking flowers to make headbands and bouquets for photos still occurs, affecting the natural landscape.

In order to protect the natural beauty and the image of civilized tourism , the People's Committee of Bien Ho commune has requested departments, offices, units and People's Committees of villages and hamlets to strengthen propaganda and mobilize people to raise awareness of landscape protection, not to pick wild sunflowers to make headbands to sell to tourists or to take photos.

Tourism businesses are encouraged to use handmade flowers (plastic flowers, fabric flowers...) to serve tourists instead of natural flowers, and at the same time guide tourists to keep the environment clean and behave civilly.

The Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the commune coordinated to widely propagate in the community, mobilize people to join hands to protect the landscape, and build the image of friendly and hospitable people of Bien Ho.

Joining hands to protect the yellow color of wild sunflowers and the landscape of Chu Dang Ya volcano not only preserves the natural beauty but also contributes to building the image of green - clean - friendly Gia Lai tourism.
