“Heineken Cares - Sharing Together, Celebrating a Joyful Tet with the Community” is an annual Tet charity program organized by Heineken Vietnam in collaboration with the Vietnam Red Cross Society to support people in difficult circumstances.
The "Heineken Cares - Sharing Together, Celebrating a Joyful Tet with the Community" program aims to spread the spirit of sharing and mutual support among Heineken Vietnam's staff and employees to people facing difficult circumstances, helping them prepare for a more fulfilling Lunar New Year.
In 2024, the program aims to support 5,300 disadvantaged people in 19 provinces and cities nationwide, with an investment of 6.1 billion VND. Participants will receive a voucher worth 800,000 VND to exchange for essential goods for the Lunar New Year.
At the same time, participants will receive free health check-ups (internal medicine, eyes, ears, nose and throat, ultrasound, electrocardiogram, X-ray); and free medication worth 130,000 VND per person. In addition, people can participate in engaging activities at various booths, including traditional games and a lucky draw, a free haircut booth, and a calligraphy booth.
In Quang Tri province , the program distributed 200 Tet (Lunar New Year) gift packages and provided free medical consultations, examinations, and medicine to disadvantaged people, elderly people living alone, and those suffering from illness in four communes: Trieu Trung, Trieu Thuan (Trieu Phong district), Cam Nghia (Cam Lo district), and Phong Binh (Gio Linh district), with a total value of over 223 million VND. The program also included activities such as free calligraphy writing and free haircuts for local residents.
