In recent years, the People's Credit Fund system in the province has affirmed its role as an effective channel for providing capital to people, especially in rural areas. Not only does it help members access capital more easily to develop production and increase income, but the People's Credit Funds also play a significant role in poverty reduction and the construction of new rural areas. However, facing the strong wave of digital transformation in the banking sector, the People's Credit Funds are not standing aside. Many units have proactively implemented digital solutions, gradually improving their information technology systems to meet new requirements. Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Hang, Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of Phu Lac People's Credit Fund in Hung Viet commune, said: “To implement disbursement through bank accounts, we have upgraded our accounting software to process transactions accurately and quickly. At the same time, we have connected with banking payment systems to ensure smooth transfers. Thanks to the application of digital transformation, the operations of Phu Lac People's Credit Fund have achieved many positive results in recent years. The fund has not only improved the quality of services, helping people transact more quickly and conveniently, but also contributed to reducing illegal lending in rural areas, strengthening the trust and loyalty of members to the unit.”
