Hong Linh Ha Tinh Club employs a unique strategy to attract talent.

Hong Linh Ha Tinh welcomes players from out of town back to compete.

On the morning of May 24th, Hong Linh Ha Tinh Football Club organized a gathering and get-together for the families of Ha Tinh players who are playing away from home. Representatives from 18 players' families attended the meeting.

The meeting was organized to create a friendly and close-knit atmosphere and to express gratitude to the players from Ha Tinh who are playing far from home. It was also an opportunity for the players' families to meet and interact with the coaching staff and leaders of Hong Linh Ha Tinh Club.

Currently, in Vietnam's professional football league system, including the V.League and the First Division, there are quite a few players from Ha Tinh province. These include: center-back Bui Tien Dung (born 1995, from Duc Tho commune) playing for The Cong Viettel ; midfielder Hoang Vinh Nguyen (born 2002, from Thanh Sen ward) playing for HAGL; and midfielder Le Quoc Nhat Nam (born 2001, from Ky Van commune) playing for The Cong Viettel…

In a friendly atmosphere, the club's leadership, coaching staff, and representatives of the players' families shared their plans for the team in the coming period.

Mr. Tran Quang Thuong, Chairman of Hong Linh Ha Tinh Football Club, stated that Hong Linh Ha Tinh is a young team still in the process of building its identity. The club considers bringing players from their hometown to play as an important task. The club is ready to welcome and create the best conditions for players from Ha Tinh to return and contribute to the team.

Representing the players' families, Mr. Vo Huu Du (father of defender Vo Huu Viet Hoang (born in 2002, from Cam Xuyen commune), currently playing for the Ho Chi Minh City Police Club) expressed his gratitude to the club for organizing this meaningful meeting.

According to Mr. Dữ, returning to play for their hometown team is a source of pride for players who are far from home. The players' families hope that the club will support, connect with, and create conditions to bring players from Ha Tinh back to contribute to their hometown team.
