Ms. Dang Thi Mong Nhi – “A lotus flower” in a challenging land.

Growing up in a poor farming family in Dam Doi district, Ms. Nhi deeply understood the hardships and struggles of life. From a young age, she harbored a dream of becoming a teacher, bringing literacy to children in impoverished rural areas. After graduating with a degree in Literature Education, Ms. Nhi began her career at Tran Phan Secondary School in Dam Doi district. However, her love and desire to contribute compelled her to move to the remote Ngoc Hien area, where children faced many educational disadvantages. In 2016, Ms. Nhi transferred to Bong Van Dia Secondary School, beginning her journey of sowing the seeds of knowledge and nurturing future generations.

For 20 years of teaching, Ms. Nhi has kept in mind President Ho Chi Minh's teachings: no matter how difficult the circumstances, she must continue to strive for excellence in teaching and learning. She constantly learns, improves her professional skills, and explores creative teaching methods suitable for her students. Her lessons are lively and engaging, incorporating real-life stories that help students become more interested in Literature.

Beyond simply imparting knowledge, Ms. Nhi also inspires and educates students on morality and character. She cares for, encourages, and helps students from disadvantaged backgrounds, creating opportunities for them to continue their education. She donates books, clothes, school supplies, and even provides financial support to students in particularly difficult circumstances.

She is a source of inspiration, igniting passion in her students to pursue their dreams.
