According to the provisions of Clause 21, Article 1 of Law No. 51/2024/QH15 amending and supplementing Article 26 of the Law on Health Insurance and Article 7 of Circular No. 01/2025/TT-BYT dated January 1, 2025 of the Minister of Health , health insurance participants have the right to register for initial health insurance examination and treatment at primary or basic health examination and treatment facilities near their place of residence, work, study and in accordance with the response capacity of the medical examination and treatment facility according to the instructions of the Department of Health.
