According to Clause 21, Article 1 of Law No. 51/2024/QH15 amending and supplementing Article 26 of the Health Insurance Law and Article 7 of Circular No. 01/2025/TT-BYT dated January 1, 2025, issued by the Minister of Health , health insurance participants have the right to register for initial health insurance examination and treatment at a primary or basic level medical facility near their place of residence, work, or study, and in accordance with the capacity of the medical facility, as guided by the Department of Health.
