Shares of an auto company skyrocketed nearly 200%

*VIB : Ms. Dang Thi Thu Ha, wife of Mr. Dang Van Son, Vice Chairman of Vietnam International Commercial Joint Stock Bank (stock code: VIB) registered to buy 10 million VIB shares. The purpose is to serve personal finance.

If the purchase is successful, Ms. Ha will own 81.6 million shares, equivalent to 3.2% of VIB's capital. In addition, Ms. Dang Minh Ngoc, Mr. Son's daughter, also registered to buy 4 million VIB shares. If the transaction is completed, Ms. Ngoc will increase her holdings to 8.1 million shares (0.3%).

*MSN: Ms. Nguyen Yen Linh, daughter of billionaire Nguyen Dang Quang, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Masan Group Corporation (stock code: MSN) bought nearly 8.5 million MSN shares from October 29 to November 18, increasing her ownership ratio at Masan to 0.59%.

*DIG: Mr. Nguyen Hung Cuong, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Construction Development Investment Corporation (DIC Corp, stock code: DIG) has just received more than 11 million shares out of nearly 20.8 million DIG shares inherited (equivalent to 53%) from the late Chairman Nguyen Thien Tuan.

Accordingly, Mr. Cuong's ownership ratio at DIG increased to 11.96% of capital, equivalent to nearly 73 million shares.

*HTL: Truong Long Engineering and Automobile Joint Stock Company (stock code: HTL) pays the first dividend of 2024 in cash, at a rate of 35%. The ex-right date is November 29.

On the stock market, HTL shares are at VND29,350/share. Compared to the beginning of the year, this stock has increased by 200%.

*ADP: Son A Dong Joint Stock Company (stock code: ADP) pays the third dividend for fiscal year 2024 in cash, rate 7%. The ex-dividend date is December 4.

*TV4: Power Construction Consulting Joint Stock Company 4 (stock code: TV4) pays 2023 cash dividend, rate 10%. Record date is December 4.
