Hoa Phat delivers the first container order to Touax Container Leasing

This order has many details designed to directly serve actual mining operations. The 40-foot high-cube container line is equipped with three overhead hand-lock bars, anti-theft lock box doors, and forklift lifts to ensure safety during transportation at the depot. Each container has up to 12 ventilation doors, far exceeding the normal standard, helping to increase air circulation and limit the risk of mold during the storage of goods.

To meet ISO standards as well as Touax’s requirements, Hoa Phat’s engineering team reinforced the load-bearing positions, adjusted the welding and painting processes to control the durability, weld quality and corrosion resistance. The company also improved the fixtures, welding robot programs and painting robots to increase accuracy and optimize productivity.

Hoa Phat Container Factory currently has a phase 1 capacity of 200,000 TEU/year, with labor productivity increasing steadily every month. The enterprise has gradually localized SPA-H hot-rolled steel from Dung Quat Iron and Steel Complex, proactively sourcing raw materials and shortening delivery time. The factory's location near Cai Mep deep-water port, depots and large industrial parks also facilitates product transportation and delivery.

The order provided to Touax was reinforced by Hoa Phat's engineering team at load-bearing positions, and the welding and painting process was adjusted to control durability, weld quality, and corrosion resistance.

Currently, Hoa Phat is the only manufacturer in Vietnam that supplies containers that meet international standards. With experience in large-scale industrial production, an integrated management system from input materials to finished products helps Hoa Phat optimize costs and control the entire process. Investments in painting technology, welding lines, and technical inspection systems ensure durable products, anti-corrosion and long life, suitable for long-term exploitation.

Hoa Phat containers have received positive feedback from many international customers. Shipping lines and leasing companies highly appreciate the consistency in quality, welds, coatings and delivery progress. After visiting the factory and checking sample products, Touax noted the synchronization of the production line, the ability to meet international standards and expressed his desire to expand cooperation. Previously, Hoa Phat also supplied containers to large shipping corporations such as Hapag-Lloyd, CMA CGM, affirming the quality of "Made in Vietnam" products in demanding markets.

The international container market is showing signs of recovery as demand for fleet renewal and logistics services increases again. With its current capacity, Hoa Phat expects to meet the needs of its partners, especially in the context of Vietnam's continued export growth. The company aims to expand cooperation with shipping lines and leasing companies in Asia, Europe, and the US, while diversifying its products to increase its market share in the global container supply chain.
