“Peaceful School” Model
On the morning of September 5, on the occasion of the new school year opening ceremony, Phu Ninh Commune Police, Da Nang City coordinated with Nguyen Duc High School to organize a signing ceremony for a cooperation program to ensure security, order and implement the "Peaceful School" model.
Accordingly, the "Peaceful School" model will establish a coordination channel between families, schools and the Police in handling information and situations arising related to security and order; educating to raise awareness, attitudes, emotions and proper personal behavior for each student, contributing to building a school environment that is "Safe - Disciplined - Friendly - No violence - No crime and social evils".

At Hoa Lien Primary School, Lien Chieu Ward Police coordinated with the school's Board of Directors to organize propaganda on traffic safety and order, prevention of school violence and skills to prevent drowning accidents for more than 800 students in the whole school.
This is an annual activity of practical significance, contributing to raising legal awareness and self-consciousness of students in complying with regulations right from the first days of the 2025-2026 school year.

At the propaganda session, officers and soldiers of Lien Chieu Ward Police conveyed familiar and easy-to-understand contents through vivid illustrations. Students were instructed on how to walk safely, wear helmets properly, not play on the road, as well as how to handle dangerous situations related to traffic.
Through this activity, the Organizing Committee hopes to create a safe and healthy educational environment, helping students develop comprehensively in terms of knowledge, skills and personality. At the same time, the propaganda session also demonstrates the close coordination between the school and the local police force in the work of educating and protecting children.
Promote legal propaganda for students at all levels
At the Polytechnic College and Dai Viet College, the Traffic Police Department, Da Nang City Police organized propaganda for nearly 500 students about the Law on Traffic Safety and Order, skills when driving motorbikes when participating in traffic; at the same time, organized the distribution of helmets and had students sign a commitment to comply with the Law on Road Traffic Safety and Order.

Vo Hai Nam, a student at Dai Viet College, shared: "Through this propaganda session, my friends and I have a better understanding of the knowledge when participating in driving vehicles, especially for first-year students when they first enter the school. You must take the test and have a motorbike driving license to drive a vehicle and do not lend or give your motorbike to a friend to drive when they do not have a license."
At the border commune of A Vuong, Da Nang city, A Vuong commune police coordinated with Road Traffic Police Team No. 3, Department PC08, Da Nang city police to organize a law dissemination session at Bhalêê primary boarding school for ethnic minorities.
The propaganda session focused on the main contents including Road Traffic Law, fire prevention and fighting skills, drowning prevention, safe use of social networks, prevention of online fraud and prevention of violence. The practical lessons were vivid, attractive, and encouraged students to interact to consolidate knowledge.
At the end of the propaganda session, 100% of students, teachers and parents signed a commitment to comply with traffic regulations, and they were given helmets to raise safety awareness.
This activity demonstrates the initiative of A Vuong Commune Police in disseminating laws, equipping students with necessary skills to limit traffic accidents and create safety conditions on the way to school.

According to Lieutenant Colonel Ngo Van Thin, Chief of A Vuong Commune Police, Da Nang City: To ensure security, order and smooth traffic, A Vuong Commune Police have proactively developed a plan, deployed 5 working groups in charge of traffic flow and ensuring security at schools, in order to bring a peaceful and joyful opening day to students, parents and teachers.
“In the coming time, the work of propagating and disseminating the law will be deployed in all schools in the area, combined with maintaining the model of 'Traffic Safety School Gate'. A Vuong Commune Police call on all people to strictly comply with the law, especially the Road Traffic Law. Adults need to set an example for students, joining hands to build a civilized and safe A Vuong Commune”, Lieutenant Colonel Ngo Van Thin emphasized.

In the 2024-2025 school year, the entire city of Da Nang (new) has 971 public schools and 212 non-public schools, with 21,920 classrooms, serving more than 670,744 students at all levels, with more than 51,500 cadres, teachers and employees. Of which, Quang Nam province previously had 723 public schools, 73 non-public schools, 726 private independent preschools and 1 provincial continuing education center with more than 380,000 students; Da Nang city (old) had 248 public schools, 139 non-public schools, 801 private independent preschools and 3 continuing education centers, with more than 290,000 students.
