The PIEoneer Awards, organized by The PIE (Professionals in International Education), is an annual award since 2017 that honors outstanding initiatives and efforts in the field of international education . The PIEoneer Awards are considered by the international academic community as the "Oscars of education".
To arrive at the final nominees for the award, a panel of expert judges selected from hundreds of applications to create the official list. This year, the awards ceremony took place on September 5th at Guildhall, London (UK), with 148 nominees in 22 categories.

The "Marketing Campaign of the Year" category honors creative and inspiring marketing campaigns in global education that deliver measurable impact. FPT University's inclusion in the finals alongside other universities and organizations such as Manchester University and Oxford, and its victory, affirms the stature and competitiveness of Vietnamese education on the international stage. FPT University is also the first educational institution in Vietnam to receive this award.

FPT University's " STEM Education in the Age of AI" campaign has provided free AI training to over 15,000 school leaders, teachers, and students in Vietnam and internationally.
With diverse training content ranging from Python programming, IoT, and Robotics to AI applications in lesson plan design, presentations, and projects, the campaign not only enhances the digital skills of teachers and students but also affirms FPT University's pioneering role in bringing AI and STEM closer to Vietnamese general education, widely disseminated through domestic and international media channels.

With its profound social significance, the “STEM Education in the Age of AI” campaign directly contributes to realizing the goals of Resolution 57-NQ/TW on developing high-quality human resources in the digital age. Through the dissemination of new knowledge and skills, the campaign accompanies teachers and students in preparing the future workforce – creative, confident, and responsible digital citizens.

Furthermore, FPTU is also one of the pioneering educational institutions actively organizing training activities and events to introduce Technology and AI programs to the community, such as: online classes; the FPTU GenAI Day event; the training project "STEM Education Program in the Age of Artificial Intelligence"; the GenAI 2025 technology exhibition…, each event attracting thousands of participants.
