Over the past six months, despite the ongoing transition, the organization has effectively carried out its functions of representing and protecting the rights of workers. More than 195 million VND has been provided in a timely manner to union members facing difficulties, retirement, or illness. The Trade Union Shelter Fund has raised over 120 million VND and supported the construction of a new house for a union member in particularly difficult circumstances.

Female workers and employees contributed 500 ao dai (traditional Vietnamese dresses) to disadvantaged female union members and actively participated in the "Ao Dai Week". Four exemplary families were nominated for commendation for the period 2020–2025.

The City's Civil Servants' Union presents a "Union-sponsored Home" to a union member in difficult circumstances.

Propaganda and mobilization efforts among union members continued to be intensified; the organization of conferences for officials, civil servants, and employees at grassroots trade unions was carried out in accordance with regulations. In addition, the trade union also renamed and guided 60 grassroots trade unions to adjust their seals according to the new mẫu; completed the dissolution of 38 grassroots trade unions in administrative units receiving 100% of their salaries from the state budget, involving 2,619 members; and transferred 26 grassroots trade unions with 1,090 members from the administrative and public service sectors to the direct management of the Hue City Federation of Labor, ensuring adherence to proper procedures and organizational principles.

On this occasion, the Hue City Public Employees' Union also announced decisions to terminate the activities of grassroots trade unions and a list of grassroots trade unions that have been transferred to the Hue City Federation of Labor.
