Specifically, the Creative Award went to artist Le Giang and architect and artist Le Tan Chung. Le Giang graduated with a Bachelor's degree from the Vietnam Fine Arts University and a Master's degree from the University of London (UAL). Her practice revolves around questioning the complex relationship between humans, man-made elements, and the natural world .

In her award-winning project, she focused on researching printmaking and multi-media painting techniques, drawing inspiration from the combined techniques of embossing, screen printing, and the "gold technique," along with the relentless innovation of the renowned painter Le Ba Dang. Through this, she promises to uncover multi-dimensional geological layers of architectural and spiritual significance built upon paper.

Architect and artist Le Tan Chung is known for his artistic practice rooted in listening to places and memories hidden within space. His proposed work is inspired by the small house hidden behind a bamboo grove belonging to the late painter Le Ba Dang in Bich La village. From there, personal memories are placed within the broader context of stratified memory, leading viewers on a journey back to their roots.

In the Research category, independent researcher To Nguyen Nhat Anh won the award for his project on the fusion of graphic form and language in the artistic legacy of Le Ba Dang. The research not only clarifies the unique techniques that helped the late artist shape the complex identity of a son of the world living abroad, but also contributes a humanistic and liberating perspective to the discourse of global modernism.

The Young Leader Award went to Le Thi Ngoc Phung, a student majoring in Art Studies and Communication at Fulbright University Vietnam. In her upcoming term as a Young Leader, she aims to contribute to the documentation and reflection on the research and creative practices of scholars and artists originating from the Le Ba Dang Creative Foundation within the context of art residency.

The Myshu 2025 Award was given to scholar Vu Do, an art conservation expert, artist, and independent researcher. Vu Do's research project proposed a technical survey and preventive conservation program for a group of representative works currently housed at the Le Ba Dang Memorial Space ( Hue City). The project aimed to build data based on direct surveys and transform it into specific and easily applicable recommendations, contributing to the creation of a reference model for the conservation of multi-material collections in Vietnam.

According to the organizers, the results of the first season reflect the direction that the Le Ba Dang Innovation Foundation is pursuing in the new phase: encouraging practices capable of dialogue with heritage not only through formal inheritance, but also through in-depth research, critical thinking, material experimentation, conservation work, and other knowledge-building models.

In the future, the Foundation will continue to develop the Le Ba Dang Creative Award as a long-term platform for artists, scholars, and practitioners. Simultaneously, it will expand residency programs, research, creative support, and professional collaborations to contribute to building a more dynamic, interdisciplinary, and sustainable arts environment in Vietnam.

The Lebadang Creative Arts Fund was established in 2015 with the mission of realizing the late artist's wish to continue the creative journey of younger generations, while honoring the artistic legacy left behind by Lebadang.
