Attending the announcement were members of the Inspection Team of the Ministry of Interior's Inspectorate; Mr. Bui Xuan Dung, Deputy Minister of Construction ; Mr. Le Van Toan, Head of the Personnel and Organization Department; and representatives of the leadership of units under and directly affiliated with the Ministry of Construction.

Speaking at the announcement ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Manh Khuong, Chief Inspector of the Ministry of Interior, clearly stated the purpose, requirements, and necessity of the inspection activities regarding personnel organization; at the same time, he directed and instructed the inspection team to strictly adhere to the regulations on the organization and operation of the inspection team, and maintain strict administrative discipline in their official duties.

Mr. Nguyen Manh Khuong requested that the Ministry of Construction prepare all necessary documents and files so that the inspection team can complete its work as planned.

Deputy Chief Inspector of the Ministry of Interior Chu Thi Hong Tam announced the inspection decision.

On behalf of the inspection team, Ms. Chu Thi Hong Tam, Deputy Chief Inspector of the Ministry of Interior and Head of the inspection team, announced the full text of Decision No. 358/QD-TTBNV dated July 3, 2024, of the Chief Inspector of the Ministry of Interior regarding the inspection at the Ministry of Construction according to the 2024 inspection plan.

Simultaneously, disseminate the responsibilities, duties, and powers of the Head, Deputy Head, and members of the inspection team; the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Ministry of Construction and related agencies, units, and individuals; and disseminate the working methods and standardize the inspection schedule at the agencies and units.

Acting on the assignment from the leadership of the Ministry of Construction, Mr. Le Van Toan, Director of the Department of Organization and Personnel, presented a summary of the Ministry of Construction's report on compliance with legal regulations regarding the inspection contents.

Speaking at the announcement, Mr. Bui Xuan Dung, Deputy Minister of Construction, agreed with the program, time, methods, and content of the inspection team's work.

Mr. Bui Xuan Dung requested the Department of Personnel and Organization and the heads of affiliated agencies and units to prepare complete dossiers and documents and arrange personnel to work with the inspection team according to the agreed schedule; he assigned the Department of Personnel and Organization as the focal point to urge agencies and units to cooperate closely with the inspection team during the working process.
