Workers enthusiastically return to work after the Lunar New Year holiday.

Over 1,000 workers at Cosmos 1 Technology Co., Ltd. (Thuy Van Industrial Park, Viet Tri City) enthusiastically resumed production on the first morning after the Lunar New Year holiday. Ms. Nguyen Thu Thuy, a worker in the grinding workshop, said: "On the first day back at work, all the workers are excited. Last year was quite favorable for us. According to the company, this year workers can rest assured about their jobs and income."

Ms. Vu Thi Tuyet Lan, Chairwoman of the Trade Union of Cosmos 1 Technology Co., Ltd., said that the Trade Union has worked alongside the Company's leadership and coordinated with various departments and teams to implement specific and practical activities to care for the material and spiritual lives of union members and workers before, during, and after the Lunar New Year, such as repairing and rebuilding houses for workers affected by storms and floods; and giving gifts to workers in difficult circumstances. To date, 100% of workers have returned to stabilize production after the Tet holiday. This year, with abundant orders from partners, the jobs and income of workers will be better.

"We are currently stepping up our recruitment and training efforts and have many production plans for the new year," added Ms. Vu Thi Tuyet Lan.

A vibrant atmosphere of labor and production competition also prevailed in factories, workshops, and businesses throughout the province. Apart from a few businesses operating in specialized fields that had to maintain production and business operations throughout the Tet holiday, most businesses resumed work from the morning of the 6th day of Tet.

At New Stone Technology Joint Stock Company (Trung Ha Industrial Park, Tam Nong District), more than 300 workers enthusiastically returned to work and got back to work right from the start of the year. Before starting work, the company organized a workers' conference, a raffle, and gave lucky money to employees to create excitement and a cheerful working atmosphere. Mr. Nguyen Tien Dung, General Director of the company, said: This year, the company is striving to connect with partners to increase production output, ensure jobs, and increase income for workers.

With enthusiasm and determination to achieve and surpass the targets set for 2025, many units and businesses launched emulation movements right from the first working days of the new year to create motivation for workers to strive for better performance. Businesses created a lively atmosphere to welcome workers back to work during the Lunar New Year holiday, organizing New Year parties, giving lucky money, and holding cultural and sports events. Some businesses proactively arranged transportation to pick up workers immediately after the Tet holiday. Following these New Year celebrations, businesses have begun a new production cycle, carrying out their production and business tasks for the first quarter of 2025.

According to Mr. Ha Duc Quang, Provincial Party Committee member and Chairman of the Provincial Labor Union, as of the morning of February 3rd, over 97% of workers had returned to work after the Tet holiday, starting a new year with hopes for favorable conditions, abundant orders, and better income. The trend of "job hopping" at the beginning of the year is no longer prevalent; instead, workers desire more stable jobs and a stronger bond with their employers. Furthermore, businesses are striving to secure orders and maintain production and business operations to ensure job stability for workers, fostering lasting loyalty between employees and their companies. During the Tet holiday, businesses arranged sufficient staff on duty, organized and assigned departments to welcome workers back, ensuring security and order, and preventing fires, explosions, or incidents that could affect production and business operations.
