On the afternoon of June 13th, in Hanoi , X20 Joint Stock Company (General Department of Logistics) organized the 2023 Digital Transformation Competition with the participation of numerous officials, employees, and workers from the agency and member units.
Attending and directing the opening ceremony of the competition were: Major General Nguyen Hung Thang, Deputy Head and Chief of Staff of the General Department of Logistics; Major General Nguyen Van Cuong, Deputy Political Commissar of the General Department of Logistics; representatives of the commanding officers of agencies under the General Department of Logistics; leaders and commanders of X20 Joint Stock Company and its member agencies, units, and affiliated branches.

In his opening remarks at the competition, Colonel Vu Van Nhat, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Board of Directors, and Head of the Organizing Committee, emphasized: The purpose of the competition is to instill and promote a change in mindset among all officers and employees in the company, encouraging them to embark on the digital transformation journey that the enterprise has defined. Through the competition, company leaders and commanders can assess the capabilities and awareness of each individual and the heads of member agencies and units regarding digital transformation, in order to develop appropriate solutions and accelerate the company's digital transformation journey more quickly and effectively.

According to Colonel Hoang Sy Tam, General Director of X20 Joint Stock Company, Deputy Head of the Organizing Committee, and Head of the Judging Panel, the competition was conducted in two stages. Stage 1 consisted of two parts: a computer-based multiple-choice test, requiring contestants to answer 40 questions within 20 minutes related to documents issued by the Ministry of Information and Communications , the General Department of Logistics, and X20 Joint Stock Company concerning the development of e-government associated with digital transformation and information security.

The second part of phase 1 is a knowledge test in essay format. In this part, candidates choose their own topic, prepare an essay of 500-800 words, and present their understanding of digital transformation within the scope of 5 pre-assigned topics by the Organizing Committee, relating it to the practical situation of their unit or agency. In phase 2, candidates will take a practical test on exploiting and using certain features to manage business operations on the management software. After a rigorous examination period, the results showed that in the theoretical section, 100% of the papers received excellent scores, with many achieving perfect scores and finishing earlier than the allotted time; in the essay section, 100% of the candidates met or exceeded the requirements, with 72.3% achieving good or excellent grades. The organizing committee awarded the first prize for the team category to the Technical and Technology Department (administrative block) and X20 Thai Nguyen Co., Ltd. (unit block); the first prize for the individual category in the administrative block went to Ms. Tran Thi Anh Phuong (Technical and Technology Department); and the two candidates sharing the first prize in the unit block were Ms. Ma Nguyen Anh Thu (X20 Thai Nguyen Co., Ltd.) and Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Thuy (X20 Kindergarten).

It is noteworthy that, for the first time, 100% of the Board of Directors and all members of the Organizing Committee and the Judging Panel participated in this competition, although the scores were not counted towards individual or team achievements.

In addition, individuals and groups with scores below average will be required by the Organizing Committee to self-study, practice, and adjust the digital transformation content of their agency or unit. After one month, they must report the results for the Head of the Organizing Committee to review and make a decision.
