In this context, the campaign "Managing and utilizing weapons and technical equipment well, durably, safely, economically, and ensuring traffic safety" (Campaign 50) was implemented seriously and synchronously, creating clear, substantive changes that spread widely throughout the Regiment.
From the outset, the Party Committee and Command of Regiment 3 determined that the "50 Campaign" was not only a task for the technical branch but a shared responsibility of all officers and soldiers. Based on a thorough understanding of the directives from higher levels, the Regiment concretized the content of the Campaign with plans and action programs closely aligned with its mission characteristics, organizing implementation according to the motto "easy to remember, easy to do, easy to check." Each agency and unit developed appropriate implementation content, closely linked to training, combat readiness, and the daily lives of the troops.
Propaganda and education efforts have been intensified with diverse and creative forms. The content of the "50 Campaign" has been integrated into political study sessions, thematic activities, technical days, and training sessions on operating equipment and weapons. Through these activities, officers and soldiers not only grasp technical regulations and procedures but also understand the meaning and importance of managing and utilizing weapons and technical equipment safely and economically, considering this a matter of honor and responsibility for military personnel. Correct understanding has led to correct actions, creating a shift from "passive compliance" to "conscious implementation."

Thanks to effective education , inspection, and reminders, officers and soldiers consistently demonstrate a high level of self-awareness in complying with regulations, contributing to maintaining absolute safety both within and outside the unit.
