The 20th Regiment proactively maintained its ideological and disciplinary stance.

On December 19th, Regiment 20, Division 330 (Military Region 9) held a conference to review lessons learned in ideological and disciplinary management within the regiment in 2025.

A political officer who is attentive and close to the soldiers helps them maintain peace of mind and be ready to accept and successfully complete all assigned tasks.

Over the past period, the Party Committee and Command of Regiment 20 have seriously implemented the resolutions and directives of higher authorities on ideological work and discipline; effectively maintaining regular order and adherence to State laws and military discipline. Officers and soldiers possess strong political resolve, good internal unity, and peace of mind, ready to accept and successfully complete assigned tasks.

The conference focused on discussing and analyzing the limitations and causes of existing problems in ideological and disciplinary management. Simultaneously, it proposed practical solutions to improve the quality of this work in the future, such as strengthening the monitoring and forecasting of the troops' ideological situation; promoting the role and responsibility of cadres at all levels; and closely integrating education and management with disciplinary training and caring for the material and spiritual well-being of the troops.
