On the afternoon of June 30,Sun Group Corporation opened Sam Son Water Park, located in the Sun World Sam Son Entertainment Complex (in Quang Chau and Quang Tien wards, Sam Son City). The complex covers an area of ​​over 33.5 hectares, with a total investment of nearly VND 6,000 billion, and is considered the largest entertainment complex in the North.

According to information from Sun Group Corporation, just 1 hour after Sam Son Water Park officially opened, nearly 4,000 visitors experienced the entertainment services.

Sam Son Water Park is designed with inspiration from the folk tales of Vietnamese ethnic groups. Every corner of the landscape and the names of the games in the complex remind visitors of the legends and myths that are already very familiar, such as the legend of Son Tinh - Thuy Tinh, the epic "Birth of the Earth, Birth of Water" of the Muong people of Thanh Hoa ...

Sam Son Water Park has become a new and attractive tourism product in Thanh Hoa province.

In the first phase of its launch, Sun World Sam Son introduced 9 of a total of 14 game complexes. The games here are divided into 3 sections: a section for all ages; a section for families and children; a section including thrilling games.

The highlight and also a different mark of Sam Son water park compared to many current water parks is the wave pool (tsunami bay) with an area of ​​6,100 m ² , the length of the artificial coastline is up to 179 m. The ticket price at Sam Son Water Park applied from July 1 to August 11 is 350,000 VND/adult; 250,000 VND/child on weekdays. On weekends, the ticket price is 500,000 VND/adult; and 400,000 VND/child. For Thanh Hoa residents only, the ticket price will be applied at a special discount of 250,000 - 400,000 VND/adult; and 200,000 - 300,000 VND/child depending on weekdays or weekends (Thanh Hoa residents need to bring their ID card or other identification documents to receive the discount). The water park is open from 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. daily.
