On the afternoon of May 7th, in Ben Cat ward (Ho Chi Minh City), delegates from the Ho Chi Minh City National Assembly delegation , electoral unit No. 2, met with voters from the following wards: Ben Cat, Tay Nam, Long Nguyen, Chanh Phu Hoa, Thoi Hoa, Hoa Loi, Minh Thanh, Dau Tieng, Long Hoa, Thanh An, Tru Van Tho, and Bau Bang.

Constituency No. 2 includes the following delegates: Lieutenant General Tao Duc Thang, Member of the Central Committee of the Party, Chairman and General Director of the Military Industry and Telecommunications Group; Nguyen Pham Duy Trang, full-time member of the National Assembly 's Committee on Culture and Society; and Father Nguyen Van Rien, Vice Chairman and General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Catholic Solidarity Committee, and Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City Catholic Solidarity Committee.

During the meeting, many voters expressed concern about solutions to stabilize the prices of essential goods.
Voters also reported that online scams are becoming increasingly sophisticated, targeting gullible individuals; therefore, they requested that authorities strengthen measures to prevent them.
In addition, voters suggested considering allowing poor and disadvantaged households to defer payment when changing land use purposes for housing construction; and promoting data linkage to facilitate the resolution of administrative procedures.
