  1. General content criteria

– To showcase the natural beauty and people across all regions of Vietnam; to inspire aspirations for national development, prosperity, and happiness; and to promote the cultural values ​​and human strength of Vietnam in the new era.

– Reflecting Vietnam's achievements in the process of reform, development, and international integration, especially in the fields of economics , trade, investment, tourism, etc.

– It has a strong impact both domestically and internationally ; effectively serves external information work; and contributes to introducing and promoting the image of Vietnam and its people to domestic and international audiences.

– It must not violate the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's laws and regulations, or the rules of the Competition; it must be in accordance with the customs, traditions, and cultural heritage of the nation.

  1. Criteria for photo categories

– Submitted photos must be single images or photo sets in digital format, with the image file format being JPG. The shortest dimension must be at least 3,000 pixels, with a resolution of 300dpi.

– There is no limit to the number of entries (both single photos and photo sets). Only one author's name (as shown on their ID card, citizen identification card, or passport) may be used.

+ Single photos: each photo is a work of art.

+ Photo series: Each photo series is considered a single work, consisting of a maximum of 15 photos. The Organizing Committee encourages photo series to include a brief introduction (maximum 150 words). Authors must number their photo series sequentially (specific instructions will be provided on the submission website).

+ In cases where the author submits both single photos and photo sets, the single photos must not be duplicates of photos in the photo sets.

– The artwork must be created using realistic methods; digital manipulation, additions, deletions, or distortions of reality are not permitted (except for panoramic collages).

  1. Criteria for videos

– Submitted videos can be single or group videos, documentaries, short films, or skits, filmed using any device with video recording capabilities.

– There is no limit to the number of entries (both single videos and video groups). Only one author's name may be used (as shown on the national identity card, citizen identification card, or passport).

+ Single video: each video is a single work with a maximum length of 5 minutes.

+ Video Groups: Each video group is considered a single entry, consisting of a maximum of 15 videos, with each video no longer than 5 minutes. The Organizing Committee encourages video groups to include a brief introduction (maximum 150 words). Authors must number their video groups sequentially (specific instructions will be provided on the submission website).

+ In cases where the author submits both a single video and a group of videos, the single video must not be a duplicate of any video in the group.

– Video image quality must be at least Full HD or higher.

– The content and storyline are clear and consistent with the message and theme of the competition. The video is an original media product, created by the author, and not copied from any source without permission regarding image, sound, and dialogue copyrights.

– The individuals appearing in the video must have the consent of the person or their guardian.

  1. Criteria regarding the time of creation of the work

– Works created within the last 3 years (up to the deadline for submitting entries to the Contest).

– Submitted works must not have been previously exhibited or won any awards at any other competitions or exhibitions.

  1. Copyright criteria

– The author is legally responsible for copyright. Regarding prize money, the author is responsible for paying personal income tax as stipulated by law.

– The Organizing Committee is not responsible for copyright and related rights disputes. The Organizing Committee will revoke the award upon discovery of copyright or related rights infringement in accordance with the law.

– If necessary, the Organizing Committee will request the author to submit the original file for verification of the information.

– The competition organizers are permitted to use the submitted entries for promotional purposes and external communication without incurring any costs.

DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION: September 15, 2023

Each competition category includes the following prizes and prize values:

- 1st Prize: 100,000,000 VND - 2nd Prize: 30,000,000 VND - 3rd Prize: 20,000,000 VND - 10 Consolation Prizes: 5,000,000 VND - Prize for the entry with the most votes: 10,000,000 VND - Prize for the entry with the most shares: 10,000,000 VND

In addition, the Organizing Committee also awarded a prize to the fanpage with the most views on the competition website. All awards included commemorative plaques and certificates.
