On June 19, according to the Department of Planning and Investment of Da Nang City, the City People's Committee has decided to approve the investment policy and approve the investor of the Anh Duong Apartment Complex project of My Phuc Joint Stock Company with a scale of 560 apartments; approve the investment policy and approve the investor of the Dai Duong Tower Apartment Project (Aqua Tower) of Aqua Tower Company Limited with a scale of 202 apartments.
The Anh Duong Apartment Complex Project of My Phuc Joint Stock Company is located at land plot number 279, map sheet number 65 and land plot number 3, map sheet number 66, Nguyen Phuoc Lan Street, Hoa Quy Ward, Ngu Hanh Son District.
The goal of the Anh Duong Apartment Complex project is to build high-end apartments combining commerce and services, built with the purpose of developing apartment buildings with many amenities to meet people's needs, fully exploiting the market segment that the city has a policy of encouraging investment and development.
The project has a scale of 560 apartments (tower 1 has 289 apartments; tower 2 has 271 apartments), expected to be 20 floors above ground and 2 basements.
The project's operating period is 50 years. In the period 2023 - 2026, the construction will be implemented, the project will be completed and the entire project will be put into operation.
My Phuc Joint Stock Company was established in November 2007, headquartered on Tran Hung Dao Street, Son Tra District. Mr. Nguyen Quang Hai is the legal representative and Director.
As of August 2022, My Phuc Joint Stock Company has a charter capital of VND 802 billion, all of which is private capital.
Meanwhile, the Ocean Tower Apartment project (Aqua Tower) of Aqua Tower Company Limited, is located at Lot 3, Area A2-1, Complex of commercial center, office for lease, high-rise apartment and luxury villa Son Tra - Dien Ngoc, Tho Quang ward, Son Tra district.
The project's objective is to invest in the construction of apartments for sale and rent, meeting the housing needs of city residents and businesses in the area. The total number of commercial apartments in the project is 202, with apartment areas ranging from 44.3m2 to 173.3m2.
The project duration is 50 years. It is expected to be completed and put into operation in the first quarter of 2026.
Aqua Tower Company Limited was established in December 2021, headquartered on Phan Chau Trinh Street, Hai Chau District. Ms. Vo Thi Ngoc is the legal representative and General Director of the company.
Aqua Tower has a charter capital of 175,750 billion VND. Of which, Ms. Vo Thi Ngoc, Mr. Lam Dinh Sinh and Mr. Tran Huu Lan each contribute 33.33%.
