On June 19th, according to the Da Nang City Department of Planning and Investment, the City People's Committee issued a decision approving the investment policy and simultaneously approving the investor for the Anh Duong Apartment Complex project by My Phuc Joint Stock Company, with a scale of 560 units; and approving the investment policy and simultaneously approving the investor for the Dai Duong Tower Apartment project (Aqua Tower) by Aqua Tower Co., Ltd., with a scale of 202 units.
The Anh Duong Apartment Complex project of My Phuc Joint Stock Company is located on plot number 279, map sheet number 65 and plot number 3, map sheet number 66, Nguyen Phuoc Lan Street, Hoa Quy Ward, Ngu Hanh Son District.
The objective of the Anh Duong Apartment Complex project is to build a high-end apartment complex combined with commercial and service facilities, with the aim of developing apartment housing with many amenities to meet the needs of residents and fully exploit the market segment that the city is encouraging investment and development in.
The project comprises 560 units (289 units in Tower 1 and 271 units in Tower 2), and is expected to have 20 above-ground floors and 2 basement floors.
The project's operational lifespan is 50 years. From 2023 to 2026, construction will be carried out, the project completed, and the entire facility put into operation.
My Phuc Joint Stock Company was established in November 2007, with its headquarters located on Tran Hung Dao Street, Son Tra District. Mr. Nguyen Quang Hai is the legal representative and Director.
As of August 2022, My Phuc Joint Stock Company had a charter capital of 802 billion VND, entirely from private capital.
Meanwhile, the Aqua Tower apartment project by Aqua Tower Co., Ltd. is located at Lot No. 3, Area A2-1, Son Tra - Dien Ngoc Commercial Center, Office for Rent, High-rise Residential and Luxury Villa Complex, Tho Quang Ward, Son Tra District.
The project aims to invest in and construct apartment buildings for sale and rent, meeting the housing needs of city residents and businesses in the area. The total number of commercial apartments in the project is 202, with apartment sizes ranging from 44.3m2 to 173.3m2.
The project's operating period is 50 years. Completion and operation are expected in the first quarter of 2026.
Aqua Tower Co., Ltd. was established in December 2021, with its headquarters located on Phan Chau Trinh Street, Hai Chau District. Ms. Vo Thi Ngoc is the legal representative and General Director of the company.
Aqua Tower has a registered capital of VND 175.75 billion. Of this, Ms. Vo Thi Ngoc, Mr. Lam Dinh Sinh, and Mr. Tran Huu Lan each contributed 33.33%.
