Da Nang: Deploying plan to serve peak tourist season and DIFF 2025

On the morning of April 23, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee and Chairman of the Da Nang City People's Committee Le Trung Chinh chaired a meeting on implementing plans to serve the peak tourist season in 2025 and the Da Nang International Fireworks Festival DIFF 2025.

According to the report, during the April 30 - May 1 holiday, there will be more than 15 attractive activities and events; bringing the "Sea Flower Street 2025" to serve people and tourists. The total capacity of 4-5 star and equivalent tourist accommodation establishments during this holiday is estimated at 75-80%. During the summer tourist season, the city will have 20 activities and events to serve guests, with 8 main activities. It is expected that the number of guests served by accommodation establishments during the period from June to August will increase by 10% compared to the same period in 2024. The Department of Tourism has implemented communication and destination promotion activities; implemented stimulus programs to attract visitors; ensured service quality and security and safety. For the 2025 Da Nang International Fireworks Festival, it will take place from May 31 to July 12, with 6 nights of fireworks, at the Han River Port area. The grandstand this year has been expanded to 12,870 seats/night, an increase of nearly 2,700 seats/night compared to last year, located on the sidewalk of Tran Hung Dao Street. The Department of Culture and Sports andSun Group have coordinated with units to develop art programs; live broadcast; issues related to Consultants, participating teams, purchasing and importing fireworks; types of tickets; reception plans; Jury; accompanying activities.
