Da Nang launches a series of attractive packages to attract tourists this summer.

The program is supported by the City Tourism Association, airlines such as Vietnam Airlines and Vietjet Air, hotels, Sun Group, and other businesses in the city, including hotels, travel agencies, and tourist attractions.

Specifically: The "Enjoy a Relaxing Vacation" program offers special combo packages (3 days 2 nights) valid from June 21st to September 30th, 2024, including: Combo 2,890,000 VND including: Round-trip Vietjet airfare, 2 nights at a 3-star hotel, airport transfer. Combo 3,090,000 VND including: Round-trip Vietnam Airlines airfare (including checked baggage), 2 nights at a 3-star hotel, airport transfer. Or fly with round-trip Vietjet airfare (including checked baggage), 2 nights at a 4-star hotel, airport transfer.

The 3,290,000 VND combo includes: Round-trip Vietnam Airlines flight tickets (including checked baggage), 2 nights at a 4-star hotel, and airport transfer. Alternatively, you can fly with Vietjet (round-trip including checked baggage), stay in a 5-star hotel, and have the option of airport transfer.

The 3,490,000 VND combo includes: Round-trip Vietnam Airlines airfare (including checked baggage), 2 nights at a 5-star hotel, and airport transfer to the hotel.

The flights included in the program are night flights from 11 PM to 6 AM, combined with 3-5 star accommodation services in Da Nang city.

The tourism stimulus program themed "Enjoy Da Nang 2024" has so far created a real impact and made a positive contribution to the growth of the city's tourism activities.

The "Enjoy Da Nang at Night" program, valid from June 21st to September 30th, 2024, includes packages from VND 1,000,000 and up, featuring 2 nights at 3-5 star hotels and an experience in Da Nang Downtown with unique and exciting shows by famous Vietnamese and international artists and professional athletes, as well as experiences on Bach Dang Walking Street, the East Bank Park Walking Street and on Nguyen Van Troi Bridge, the Dragon Bridge with its fire-breathing show, a Han River cruise at night, Helio Night Market, Son Tra Night Market, and more.

The "Enjoy Entertainment" program, valid from June 21st to September 30th, 2024, includes services priced from VND 1,000,000 and above, comprising 2 nights at 3-5 star hotels and exploration of: Sunworld Ba Na Hills (currently offering up to 40% off entrance tickets for Vietnamese citizens until December 31st, 2024), Nui Than Tai Hot Spring Park, Mikazuki Park, Ngu Hanh Son Scenic Area, the Flower Beach Road, etc.

The program offers opportunities to enjoy local cuisine and shop for local specialties at local food establishments, specialty supermarkets, Han Market, Con Market, Long Beach Pearl Vincom Da Nang, Vincom Plaza Da Nang, Nhien Tam Cooperative; Intimex Da Nang Joint Stock Company – Danavimart system, and eco-tourism and community tourism destinations in Hoa Bac commune (Hoa Vang).

According to Ms. Truong Thi Hong Hanh, Director of the Da Nang Department of Tourism, along with the above programs, Da Nang's summer will be even more vibrant with more than 15 major events in July-September for tourists to enjoy: the International Fireworks Festival; the Da Nang Summer Enjoyment Festival (July 17-21); the Vietnam-Japan Festival; the Vietnam-Korea Festival; the 2024 Asian Development Golf Tournament; festival and event programs on both banks of the Han River; and many new activities and products.

The extremely attractive summer tourism stimulus packages in Da Nang have received the support and participation of two airlines, Vietnam Airlines and Vietjet Air, the Da Nang tourism business community, and especially Sun Group. The program will involve travel agencies in Da Nang and Hanoi/Ho Chi Minh City selling the products, and will also be promoted through TikTokers and KOLs nationwide.

"To ensure the quality of service for tourists, the Department of Tourism and the City Tourism Association will closely monitor the program, supervise and receive and handle feedback and suggestions (if any) through the hotline of the Da Nang City Tourist Support Center 02363550111, ensuring the rights of tourists during their sightseeing and service experiences in Da Nang," said Ms. Truong Thi Hong Hanh, Director of the Da Nang Department of Tourism, and requested the City Tourism Association and the business community to continue to cooperate and actively implement the Da Nang Tourism Stimulus Program 2024 to create diverse and attractive stimulus products, contributing to attracting and stimulating the growth of tourists to the city.

The city also hosts more than 15 special events, with highlights including the International Fireworks Festival and the Da Nang Enjoyment Festival (July 17-21, 2024), promising to bring tourists and city residents many joyful emotions and exciting experiences.

It is known that on March 29, 2024, the Da Nang City Department of Tourism announced the Tourism Stimulus Program with the theme "Enjoy Da Nang 2024". To date, the program has truly created an effect and made a positive contribution to the growth of tourism activities in the city.

According to data from the first five months of the year, the total number of overnight visitors is estimated at over 3.78 million, an increase of more than 22% compared to the same period in 2023 and over 37% compared to the same period in 2019. Of this total, international visitors are estimated at over 1.5 million, an increase of nearly 27% compared to the same period in 2023 and 24% compared to the same period in 2019, while domestic visitors are estimated at over 2.28 million, an increase of more than 20% compared to the same period in 2023 and 48% compared to the same period in 2019.

Revenue from accommodation, food and beverage, and travel in the first five months of 2024 is estimated at over 13 trillion VND, an increase of more than 28% compared to the same period in 2023 and a 27% increase compared to the same period in 2019; of which, revenue from accommodation and travel is estimated at over 6.3 trillion VND, an increase of more than 47% compared to the same period in 2023.
