On the morning of January 6, in Ho Chi Minh City, the Central Committee of the Vietnam Record Holders Association and the Vietnam Records Organization (VietKings) organized the 53rd Vietnam Record Holders Reunion with the theme of Aspirations at the age of 20: No one taxes dreams - keep going and it will become a road , on the occasion of the 20th anniversary of VietKings (2004 - 2024). Along with Ambassador Ngo Quang Xuan having this good news, many Vietnamese and world records were recognized and awarded certificates.
Professor - Academician Hoang Quang Thuan, Chairman of the Founding Council of Vietnam Record Organization, performed the drum beating ceremony to open the festival.
Dr. Biswaroop Roy Chowdhury - President of WorldKings, General Director of Asia Book of Records, delivered a congratulatory speech.
Dr. Le Doan Hop - former Minister of Information and Communications, Chairman of the Council for Establishing Vietnam Record Organization shared at the reunion.
First, the World Federation of Creators (WCF) - under the World Records Union (WorldKings) awarded the World Creativity Golden Disk to Honorary Doctor - Record Holder (KLG) - artist Chu Bao Que.
In 2020, Mr. Chu Bao Que was honored by VietKings and set a national record with the content: "The first person to choreograph and perform the ancient quan ho tune " Trau cay voi nong" without accompaniment on a professional stage (at the National Convention Center) with the participation of many actors".
In October 2023, the World Records University Council (WRU) also officially recognized the title and awarded an honorary doctorate to artist - record holder Chu Bao Que with the content: "The person who composes, performs, and directs traditional Vietnamese folk art programs such as folk songs, quan ho, and cheo co... At the same time, guides and transmits to the younger generation to contribute to preserving and developing, promoting the intangible cultural values of humanity of Vietnam to the world."
Honorary Doctor - KLG - artist Chu Bao Que is currently Chairman of the Policy and Development Advisory Council, Standing Member, Deputy Secretary General of the Vietnam UNESCO Association.
According to the Permanent Vice President of the Vietnam Record Association Le Tran Truong An: "Over the past 20 years, we have been in the initial stages of our journey to find records, to find quintessential values to honor as well as to find special values of the world to bring back to the country. Because "If you keep going, you will make a path, because no one can tax your dreams", the initial successes over the past 20 years have created great excitement for those who carry on their extremely great mission, which is to find and record the pinnacle values of the country and people of Vietnam".

The meeting also included the awarding of Vietnamese records to two publications related to the work and life journey of the authors. The first is the book "Memoirs of Ambassadors" in the Integration Era (Memoirs of Ambassadors) which was just released at the end of 2023, edited by Ambassador Ngo Quang Xuan - Vice President of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Record Holders Association. The book records typical stories and situations during diplomatic missions abroad, drawing valuable experiences from the practical activities of ambassadors and professional diplomats.
This is also the publication that shares 49 stories co-authored by 17 ambassadors. With this publication, Ambassador Ngo Quang Xuan received the Vietnamese record as editor-in-chief of Stories of “Envoys” in the integration period (Memoirs of Ambassadors) - the publication with the most ambassadors participating in writing articles.
The second book is As I Lived - a medley of stories and poems, telling about a life with many practical lessons, and also as a tribute to many loved ones around the Hero of Labor in the renovation period, Colonel Nguyen Dang Giap - Chairman of the Board of Directors of Corporation 36 (Ministry of National Defense) was set a Vietnamese record with the content: As I Lived - a memoir in prose adapted into a poem of the same name with the most six-eight verses (3,836 six-eight verses).
